Provides utility assistance to income-eligible Franklin County residents, including through the Home Energy Assistance Winter Crisis Program.

Also provides Workforce Development Training & Certifications, financial counseling, reentry/expungement, home weatherization, property tax support, transit, utility, driver’s license reinstatement, and a furniture bank.

Provides free assistance and guidance to those attempting to navigate our complex legal system. To qualify for free legal help, must meet income and resource limits.

Provides rent assistance to Franklin County families with at least one minor child or pregnant person in the household. Help is available in English, Spanish, Somali, and interpretation services are available. Also provides workforce, food, utility, reentry, youth support, and driver’s license reinstatement.
