Any Limits on Who Can Apply: Family/household must contain a minor child (under age 18; 18 if still in high school), pregnant person or non-custodial parent and meet income requirements

What Makes You Unique: We have a long history of working with the community and landlords. With current funding, we can support one-time requests of up to $2,000 to help cover overdue rent or costs like utilities or auto repairs.

Other Information: Families must have at least one minor child or pregnant person in the household. Non-custodial parents may also qualify. In addition, you must reside in Franklin County, meet income eligibility guidelines and complete a sustainability determination to qualify for rental assistance. Note: Approval for PRC housing assistance is based on eligibility for services, the submission of all required documentation and the availability of funding.
