About Us: Jordan’s Crossing Resources Center works with people on the west side of Columbus, primarily in the Hilltop areas (exclusively households located in 43123, 43204, 43207, 43119, 43228). We offer on-site services, access to resources, and a chance to connect with other community service providers. We are uniquely qualified to work with individuals with a previous history of homelessness and/or addiction challenges.
